- LBC Modern is about modern lifestyle. We offer modern designed products that are beautiful and practical for today’s lifestyle at affordable prices.
- Do you have a physical retail store location?
- Yes, our retail store is located at 18-20 East Duarte Road, Arcadia, California 91006 (map).
- We are east of the intersection of Santa Anita Avenue & Duarte Road. Most products that we offer online are on display. Please come in to visit our retail store.
- What forms of payments are accepted?
- We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. At our retail store, we also accept cash payments.
- How secure are credit card transactions?
- Our site is secured by GeoTrust’s QuickSSL utilizing 256-bit SSL certificates, thereby offering the highest level of encryption or security possible. This means that all communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure.
- Can I check the status of my order?
- Yes, there is an Track My Order link on the footer of the page.
- Can items be special ordered?
- Yes, we can special order items for you on the brands that we carry online. Please email to customerservice@lbcmodern.com
- Do you provide gift wrapping?
- Yes we do and it is FREE! Some oversized products are the only exceptions.
