Return Policy

LBC Modern is pleased to offer you the best products and service for today’s modern lifestyles.
However, if your selections do not meet your needs, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Request for returns to be made within 30 days from date of shipping. 
  • Items to be returned must be in original unmarked packaging with all tags, instruction manual, hardware and other related parts/accessories. 
  • The items have not been installed, used or modified.
  • The items must be in new condition, free of defects and/or damages.
  • The items are not special or customized orders. (We encourage you to ask for as much information as you need when ordering special order or custom order products.)
  • The items are not on overstock or clearance list.
  • Due to sanitation purposes, please note that all earrings and jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged. All purchases are considered to be final sale.
  • We cannot accept returns of large orders of the same product. (Large orders are defined as 6 or more of the same product). If you are ordering a large quantity of an item, we encourage you to order a sample first to make sure it's what you need.
  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from order date. Please email returns@LBCModern.com or call 800-522-0407 to request an exchange.
  • To return or exchange an item, an RAN (Return Authorization Number) is required.


Steps For Easy Returns / Exchanges
If your returns meet the conditions above, please email returns@LBCModern.com to get a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Or you can also call 800-522-0407. Please have your name, order number, product name and reason for return.
One of our customer service representatives will send a reply via e-mail with your return authorization and instructions. If we determine that your item does not qualify for a return we will reply with a reason for decline.
When requesting an exchange, please note that you will be responsible for the cost to ship the item back to LBC Modern in its original brand new condition and packaging, including a copy of the return authorization and Return Authorization Number. We will notify you when your exchange has been processed and forward you all tracking information. Should you choose to return for a credit refund you will receive a confirmation e-mail after we have credited you (please allow 2-3 days processing time after we receive your returned item). We will only credit against the original credit card that was used to make the purchase. We will refund your entire purchase price (less shipping and handling).
In the event of an exchange, you will still have to meet all the conditions stated above and you will be responsible for the cost to ship the item back to LBC Modern. If the new item is identical to the item being exchanged, we will perform an even exchange of the two items. If the new item is different than the item being exchanged, we will treat it as a return.

Please note that items shipped back to LBC Modern without a prior return authorization are subject to approval and may be subject to a restocking fee.
If a delivery is refused, you will be charged for return shipping fees in addition to applicable restocking fees. We strongly recommend following the Return Authorization process above so as to avoid costly refusal fees.
Once you have the RAN number, please ship back the item within 15 days. Please download and print the RAN Form here.
*All customers are responsible for shipping costs and any lost shipments. We suggest that you ship back the items via a traceable carrier such as UPS, US Postal Service or Fedex.*

Free Gift with Purchase Terms and Conditions

For a limited time only, while supplies last. If there are multiple style or color differences, please note that gifts are chosen at random and cannot be selected or changed based on preferences.


  • If you have received a free gift and your final amount after the refund of returned item(s) is less than the minimum purchase amount to qualify for the free gift, please send the free gift with your returned item(s) to receive a full refund. If you decide to keep the gift, your refund will be reduced by the current retail price of the gift item.

  • Minimum purchase amount (excludes taxes or shipping and any discounts)

  • One free gift per purchase, per household. Not valid with any other offers.

  • Promotion only applies to new orders – cannot be applied to previous orders.

  • Promotion gifts are not returnable or redeemable for cash, check or credit.



Pricing Discrepancies
In case of any discrepancy in pricing calculation due to system generated fault, LBC Modern reserves the right to cancel that order or issue a refund to the customer subject to fulfillment of company refund policy. LBC Modern makes every effort to ensure accuracy but in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical errors or resulting from product information received from our vendors, LBC Modern reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders for such items whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If the credit card has been charged for the purchase and order is cancelled, LBC Modern shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

Sales Tax
LBC Modern collects sales tax for shipments made to California addresses as required by law.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Special Orders / Back Orders
Special Orders - Items that are labeled as “Special Order” usually requires additional lead time to be processed and shipped. All special orders are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled once ordered. Please verify and confirm prior to placing an order. All special orders require full payment and your credit card will be charged upon ordering.

Back-Orders - Occasionally an item may be out of stock. You will be notified via email immediately and will be given an estimated lead time as to when the item will be available.
Cancel / Change An Order
We process all orders once placed. Should you need to cancel or change, please notify us immediately. Once the order ships, you will be responsible for the order. Please note that if your order is shipped and delivery is refused, you will be charged for return shipping fees in addition to any applicable restocking/handling fees. Damaged / Missing Items
We take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives quickly and undamaged. However, occasionally damages due to manufacturer’s defects or shipping do occur. If this is the case, we will make every effort to promptly keep you satisfied.

Please email customerservice@LBCModern.com immediately to report any damage or missing items. Please keep all shipping and packaging materials as they are part of the claim process.
